Last updated: 17 Aug 2025
These Terms govern your use of Leader (“the Service”). For fuller legal language,
see the Master Subscription Agreement (MSA).
If there’s a conflict, the MSA controls.
1) Using Leader
- We grant you a non-exclusive right to access and use the Service for your business.
- You’re responsible for your account and keeping credentials secure.
- You must comply with applicable law and these Terms.
2) Billing & Renewals (No Commitment)
- No minimum term and no long-term commitment.
- When you pay, your access continues for the paid period; if you stop paying or cancel,
access ends at the end of the current paid period. - Fees are non-refundable for completed periods; taxes may apply.
- We may update pricing with reasonable notice.
3) Integrations
You may connect third-party services (e.g., Google Ads). By enabling an integration,
you authorize us to access and process data from that service solely to provide the features you enable.
See our Privacy Policy and
Google Privacy Policy Addendum.
For Google Ads–specific contractual terms, please also review our
Google Terms Addendum.
4) Acceptable Use
- No illegal activity, abuse, or interference with the Service or others’ data.
- You’re responsible for complying with call-recording and messaging laws if you enable those features.
5) Availability & Maintenance
The Service relies on networks and providers outside our control. We may perform maintenance and will try to minimize disruptions.
6) Disclaimers & Liability
- The Service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages; overall liability limits are as described in the MSA.
