How to set an Out of Hours Audio Message

This message is played to callers who reach your Leader numbers outside the business hours you have set.
To upload a custom message, save the audio file with the name:

outofftime_1XXXXXXXXXX.mp3
Replace XXXXXXXXXX with your Leader number, keeping the number 1 at the start.

For example, if your Leader number is 10000000000, the file name should be: outofftime_10000000000.mp3.

Once the file is ready, upload it via the “Audio Files” tab in the Leader system (not via “Leader Number Settings”).
